...Well, maybe not. But I can tell you this: This is a beginning amongst many, and if you're prepared to join me, put on your big girl panties, grab your book of baby names, and keep your hands and feet inside the vehicle at all times during the ride. We're about to embark on a naming extravaganza! Alright!
And so I shall start off by giving you readers an introduction to myself. I'm Mookie (hence the 'Mookie Monster' persona), but I shall grace you by telling you my real name. It is *goes all James Bond on you* Maria -- Emily Maria. I pride myself by being included in the small group of society known as Name Nerds. Some people call us obsessed, some people call us weird, but you know what I say to those people? Duh, moron! Obviously we're obsessed and weird! But that doesn't phase me; I've also been called obsessed and weird in other aspects of life. o.O
I live through being a nerd in general. (See, I'm not as boring and standardized as you may think! I'm not only a nerd in onomastics, I'm a nerd in a wide variety of fields.) I'm a literature nerd, a music nerd, an academic nerd, and an arts nerd, along with my name nerdy-ness. I'm typically a very random person (talk about an oxy moron) that has the attention span of a goldfi -- OMG DANDELIONS!!!!!
Although I am not yet a parent myself (I'm saving that for much later), I do have the honor of being the aunt of the most adorable child on Earth: Two-year-old Mia Catherine. My Mimi is excited about becoming a big sister early next year, but until then, she'll be munching on tomatoes whilst watching Dora the Explorer.
